CIYOTA is a refugee-led, community-driven non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering refugees, Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), and marginalised youth in Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
We believe that education, leadership, and entrepreneurship are the keys to transforming conflict-affected communities into thriving, self-reliant societies. For two decades, CIYOTA has provided access to quality education, leadership training, and economic opportunities to those most affected by displacement and instability.
Our programs equip young people with the knowledge, skills, and resources to rebuild their lives, create innovative solutions, and drive long-term change in their communities. We work through a community-driven model, where youth leaders identify local challenges and co-create solutions with CIYOTA's support. By fostering self-reliance and innovation, we help build sustainable, peaceful, and resilient communities across Africa.
At CIYOTA, we're looking for passionate individuals who share our vision for a more peaceful, united, and developed Africa.
When you join CIYOTA, you become part of a dedicated team working to create lasting impact and positive transformation in conflict-affected regions. We offer meaningful work that directly impacts the lives of youth and communities, growth opportunities in a supportive environment, and a collaborative culture with diverse, passionate colleagues.
Our community-driven approach means you'll participate in innovative, locally-led solutions to complex challenges. If you're committed to making a difference and bringing your skills to our mission, we invite you to explore current opportunities and join our team.
Join our team and help transform the lives of conflict-affected youth and communities.
